WALKING!
It’s under-rated.

After that short run I had I was noticing just how out of shape I really was. Wake up call….I probably shouldn’t be running too much. I do have an un-identified injury and I don’t need to be a hero. So I started walking every night. Either easy, with the whole fam or higher intensity with just Rex. I love it!

I’m not going to lie. I feel pretty hardcore doing any sort or exercise pregnant! and I feel like I must still look ok if guys honk at me whilst doing so

Even though I just informed you that I’m not running I did decide to sign up for this race that my employer is hosting. All the proceeds go to children with mental health issues. I signed up for the 5k family walk/run ….oh and made Logan and Colin sign up with me
It’s not till September and so I’ll be 36 weeks pregnant during it but I think if I keep walking and incorporate short easy runs in the mix I’ll be fine

Now if only I could stop eating Smart Food by the bag full…..

Logan is melting my heart with his love of my baby belly and the wee-being-to-be inside
He kisses my stomach Goodnight and talks to the baby and tells me he loves it. Although he still claims I’m having the girl baby and believes that he has a boy baby in his belly

He loves the baby more than hotdogs! lol Colin and I just hope that once the baby is here that will remain the case
I’m almost 20 weeks (monday) and therefore HALFWAY through this pregnancy!!!!!!!!!! I know tons of people LOVE pregnancy but I’m not one of them. The only thing I like is feeling the baby and hearing the heart beat and seeing the ultrasounds. I hate everything else and just always want the baby to BE HERE
CAN’T WAIT TILL SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
