Ok so we’re ready….now that I just got back from the library /w the most awesome reading materials for the 5 hr car ride that awaits us; the latest edition of “Runner’s World ” – I’m too cheap to actually BUY magazines
and this book I found about running your first 5k!!!
I apologize for my lack of makeup as of late I just keep crying about my macbook
so it’s pointless to put any on….and yes, those are ear plugs on my night table (Colin snores) – aka a fold out eating table b/c only Colin gets a night table
again, too cheap
we improvise in this house!
I am sooooo excited to start reading all about what I should’ve been doing all this time! I also packed my running shoes and ipod so I can (for the first time ever in my existence) RUN at the cottage
YAY!! it should be fun to explore a new side of the French River while running alongside it!!! EXCITED….
….but not as excited as Rex; who is now guarding our belongings until Colin gets home. He has to be absolutely sure he will be joining us
Animals are so funny that way, they always think you are leaving them even when you pack their food and toys…..silly doggie, you ARE coming I promise! xoxo

Questions:
have you ever run while on vacation??
- nope.
do you love to read in the car?? or do you get sick??
- I LOVE reading in the car and never even knew it was common to have issue /w it until I met this girl name Rachel who would get dizzy and throw up if she tried to read while in a moving vehicle of any kind!
I love reading in the car, but the older I get the more it bothers me! Just found your blog and am now following
Check me out at dirtroadrunner.blogspot.com if you want!
Running on vacation is my favorite. I get my bearings of a city or the new destination. I also really enjoy eating on vacation, so running is some damage control.
Reading in the car makes me sick, but I still do it anyways. I love libraries, they are highly under-rated
Oh, a foodie who loves to run!!! Yeay!! I am returning to run after being sick and injured so I am excited to get back to it. I actually always plan to run on vacations but usually I end up not doing it. As for reading in the car, I cannot! I get nauseus and throw up. It is the worse, I can even text or read on my phone. Ugh…

Nice to meet all of you ladies
I just got in the door and can't wait for the chance to go and creep all your blogs ;D but alas, I must go to bed.
@Christy – I did go to you blog and I am so proud….but also very ENVIOUS of your killer 5k times
you go girl!
@Sierra – I love your comment and think you are awesome already!! I love that you read even though you get sick AND you are already reaping the rewards of running where ever you end up
– ps: libraries ARE under-rated. I can't believe I've been buying books all this time…what a waste.
@Maria – what an inspiration! being sick & injured and still coming back to enjoy the runners life. No wonder it was so easy to get into this life-style
That's too bad that you can't do anything in the car….maybe you could invest in a couple books on CD
can't wait to visit your page – love the title!
