Today I am so exhausted that if you told me I was at a party filming for the Hangover 3 I may even believe you
We did end up going to the beach yesterday. Telling a 2 year old to stay out of the water, not to follow Rex in and proceed to fall into it is pretty impossible. I had to rescue him. Which means I had to go into the water….urg. However, we had a good time. Hopefully my sudden sleepiness isn’t e.coli attacking me ;P

I’m almost finished constructing my half marathon training plan, so I’m pretty excited about that. I’m only going to be doing the ZWOW’s this month for strength, as I don’t have a lot of time and they seem to be kicking my butt.

I have been eating tons of protein rich foods, have really begun to notice and increase in my muscle mass. I can’t wait to show you all the hot pics of me in nothing but my nickers ;P but I’m saving those for the end of the month. I hope there will be a noticeable difference
did everyone else already know quinoa was a whole protein all on it’s own?! I never did!
I’ve also been cutting down on my sugar intake. However, I didn’t want to really mention it because for someone like me, that means instead of adding a cup of sugar to this banana bread recipe Logan and I made yesterday I added 2 Tbsps. It was still amazing or only eating 4 lindor chocolates instead of the whole box
For any moms reading along I just wanted to add that this was a great recipe for young kids to make – there’s no mixer needed and Logan was able to do everything except crack the egg and put it in the oven
FYI – where did my baby go?!?!?! I woke up one day and Logan was a boy!

After some speedwork sessions I’ve been short of breath but never have a collapsed like I do after EVERY. SINGLE. ZWOW!
