They needed the dashes! This recipe is one that I found on Pinterest and it was sooooo ridiculously easy and not to mention tasty that I just had to share it

*my phone camera was obviously blurred with some food item
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups GF vanilla cake mix (use regular vanilla cake mix if you want)
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp agave
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- plastic wrap
Directions:
- Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan or by nuking in the microwave at 30 sec increments and stirring in between until smooth – set aside.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together. (NOT THE CHOCOLATE)
- Roll dough in between two sheets of plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 10-15 mins.
- Remove from freezer – roll into small balls and place back in the freezer for another 10-15mins.
- Remove from freezer and drop individual balls into the chocolate, roll to coat and remove with a spoon.
- Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and drop chocolate balls onto it.
- Once all cake balls are coated return to freezer or keep in the fridge and eat as you want

These were easy, yummy and a nice treat. I hate that they are still in my home as I’ve eaten far too many of them

I have so much leftover sweetened condensed milk – what else can I do with this sweet goo????
Glad you made them and liked my recipe!
I love the recipe
You can make these with your leftover condensed milk – http://www.recipes.com.au/Recipe/Chocolate-Chip-Cookies.aspx
I substitute caramel bits for the chocolate bits and they taste divine – not great if you’re trying to be clean with your diet though.
Ooh, use the sweetened condensed milk to make my favorite treat: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/better-than-sex-cake-ii/
(FYI if you do, use smucker’s carmel, Hershey’s is no good for this).
oh gosh I need to make these. like now.
I think pumpkin pie calls for sweetened condensed milk.
Looks delicious! I could eat a fair few of them and be happy.
Stop. Those look amazing! And they are GF so I can make them at home…which may be a bad thing because I would then eat all of them.
These look amazing!!
There is a recipe on my food blog that uses part of a can of condensed milk… awesome little pie! http://wecanbegintofeed.blogspot.ca/2011/04/my-oh-my-creamy-lemon-pie.html
And it is a Weight Watchers recipe at that!
Those truffles look good.. what brand of G-F cake mix did you use?
Yum…..
These look delicious! One of our friends is gluten-free so we should make these for her sometime.
